Class C is Texas's ordinary passenger-car licence. The DPS Class C knowledge test is the written exam these questions follow. The test has 30 multiple-choice questions. You need 21 correct (70%). Questions come from the Texas Driver Handbook (DL-7). Applicants under 25 must complete an approved driver education course before applying. Your application is held for 90 days. After three failed knowledge exams you must submit a new application and fee.
